Agenda Highlights 1/6/26

At the Fort Smith Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 1-6-26, the Board will vote on a zoning change for 1401 Old Greenwood that would allow for the proper zoning for the property for Boy Scouts of America to keep operating their office in their existing location.

During the Executive Session portion of the meeting, the Board will privately discuss the candidates that were interviewed via Zoom 12-15-25 for the City Administrator position. The applicants to be discussed are Scott Rigby (former City Manager of Edmond, Oklahoma), Dean Johnson(former Mayor of Puyallup, Washington), Matthew Harline (former Manager of Villa Park, Illinois) and Fort Smith’s Acting City Administrator Jeff Dingman
